2024 BENEFITS PROGRAM

NRP provides comprehensive, convenient and affordable benefits that reflect our appreciation for the hard work and dedication of our team members.

Our new team members are eligible to elect health/prescription, dental, vision, flexible spending accounts, accidental injury, disability, life insurance and identity theft protection benefits within the first 30 days of employment. These benefits will be effective on the first day of the month concurrent with or following your hire date.

Once the new hire period closes, elections and changes to those benefits can only be made within 30 days of a qualifying life event or at open enrollment. Open enrollment is scheduled during Mid May of each year, with benefits becoming effective on July 1.

Qualified Life Events

Employees have 30 days from the date of the Qualified life event to change their benefits. After the 30-day enrollment period of the qualified life event, employees will need to renew benefits upon the annual open enrollment period. There are no exceptions.
