Our employees are eligible to elect Accidental Injury Insurance through Guardian. You do not need to be enrolled in NRP’s medical, dental or vision coverage to qualify for this plan.
Regular expenses, big and small, can add up fast. Think about your ability to pay for those expenses if you or your family member were seriously injured in an accident. Accidental Injury Insurance helps offset the costs associated with accident-related injuries by reimbursing a fixed benefit amount on medical services related to your injury, such as emergency room visits, physician office visits, x-rays and more with no pre-existing condition clause.

Employee Monthly Accidental Injury Insurance Premium
Not only does this plan pay a fixed benefit amount for each accident (from a small laceration to a major accident). As a benefit enhancement plan will pay $100 for each enrolled plan member just for visiting the doctor’s office for a health screening or preventive care visit. For every employee and dependent enrolled, they will receive this benefit once per plan year.
